Paying contributions online is about to get even easier
New EmployerAccess provides you with improved functionality, easier navigation, and greater visibility of contribution and payment transactions. EmployerAccess is a powerful tool that puts you in control of your super payments.
New look home page
Our new look login page signals the fact that you have reached new EmployerAccess and once our upgrade goes live in the next few weeks you will be automatically redirected to this page. You simply log in as normal and follow the onscreen instructions.

Making contributions is easier
We made it easier to see the status of your contributions and payment transactions ie whether you have any contributions awaiting processing or payment. |

For employers with less than 100 employees, our contribution grid provides an easy way to add or remove employees or update their details. It provides you with the option to use a grid with your previous contribution amounts or to use a blank grid to add new details and amounts – you decide what is best for you.
For larger employers, or employers with payroll systems that can produce external files, you can choose to upload your file direct to EmployerAccess thus saving you on data entry time and effort.
Action buttons provide quick access to various employee management functions and column sort functions enable you to display the contribution grid in a way that best suits you.

Choose how and when you want to pay
EmployerAccess offers a variety of payment methods – you can choose whether to pay by an Authorised Bank Transfer, BPAY, Electronic Funds Transfer or cheque - you choose the payment method and payment frequency that suits you. You can change your method of payment anytime in the future as well.

Finding past transactions is simpler
EmployerAccess allows you to search your past transactions at a company or employee level. You can also export these transactions in a variety of standard formats. Again, you select the format to suit you.
