Your employees look to you not only as someone who pays their super for them but also as a source of financial information or direction. This can be a difficult position for an employer especially as you are not able to offer advice to a member in terms of what they should do. But what you can do is help them access information and the education they require to make their own decisions about their financial future. And Asset can help you make this possible.

Dedicated help when you need it

Our Client Relationship Managers can work with you directly to help you to respond to any new super laws or regulations, keep you up to date with enhancements to the fund and keep your super arrangements up to date.

They can also provide a number of added services to help you keep your employees updated with the latest in super. These include:

  • Workplace education sessions on relevant super based topics
    These sessions are held at your work place, making it convenient for your employees to attend.  Topics can be tailored to the needs of your staff.

  • Access to a range of publications, factsheets and tools;
    Our website holds a lot of information for both members and employers. Our Tools and Forms section holds a library of fillable forms and brochures you can download at anytime.  If you prefer to receive hard copies, simply contact your Client Relationship Manager.

  • Access to a library of relevant articles that you can publish in your workplace magazine or on your intranet site;

Our Client Service team are available on 1800 805 981 between 8am - 6pm AEST Monday to Friday to help you with the administration aspects of superannuation such as how to set up a new member or how to pay your contributions online.

We’re also here 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via EmployerAccess. So you can:

  • Transmit payroll files automatically, cutting out the time and potential error of manual data entry;
  • Access your complete contribution history, by time period or individual employee, making it easy to reconcile your accounts and deal with contribution queries; and
  • Change your payment method and frequency.
