Asset Super offers members a convenient, secure way for you to keep in touch with your super over the Internet. It is called MemberAccess.
Using MemberAccess you can:
- view your account balance and latest statement;
- keep track of the contributions your employer is paying;
- update your personal details;
- review and change your investment mix;
- review your nominated beneficiaries;
- make personal contributions;
- send a message to Client Services.
You can also register to receive important information including email notification once your annual statement is available to you online.
But is it secure?
As secure as we can make it. We use best practice (128 bit) data encryption, the same as the banks, together with password protection so that only you have access.
