How do I get my super?

If you meet a condition of release, as explained in Accessing your super, or if you're planning to access your benefit, you should contact our Client Service team on 1800 805 981. They'll be able to explain the options available to you and the steps you need to take.

Remember that generally you will be asked to provide proof of your identity before we make any payment to you or on your behalf.

This includes:

  • retirement benefits
  • withdrawal benefits
  • pension payments
  • transfers to other funds.

If you know you are going to request a payment, then we suggest you don’t wait to be asked for your ID. If you have it already prepared, you should avoid any undue delay when we come to make the payment. Download our Proof of ID factsheet for the full details.
